ScholarMade Achievement Place
As a Senior Executive Operations Consultant, I support a charter-school CEO with website ownership, executive communications, research, and planning — making important information easier to update and share.
A K–8 charter school led by a small team.
ScholarMade Achievement Place is a K–8 charter school in Little Rock, Arkansas, where a small leadership team manages a wide range of school, family, community, and operational needs.
As a Senior Executive Operations Consultant, I support the CEO with website updates, executive communications, research, policy review, planning materials, and operational follow-through.
Routine updates waited on outside vendors.
Website updates moved through an outside vendor, which made routine changes slower than the work required — no matter how small the update. At the same time, communications, research, policy review, briefing materials, and planning all needed clear organization behind the scenes.
Important information needed to move faster than a vendor queue allowed.
Direct ownership of the website, plus executive support.
I took on day-to-day ownership of the school’s website updates and content management — homepage updates, forms, enrollment information, program content, community pages, and other school-facing information.
- 01CEO communications — executive-level messaging drafted and refined.
- 02Briefing materials — prepared for leadership decisions and meetings.
- 03Research summaries — turned into clear, actionable insight.
- 04Policy review — documents reviewed and edited.
- 05Content strategy — a five-month strategic roadmap built from scratch.
Every page, easier to manage.
The website became easier to keep current, easier to update, and more responsive to the needs of the school community — while the leadership office gained reliable support behind the scenes.
Communication moved with more clarity.
The CEO had support across communications, research, planning, and executive materials. Important, family-facing information could move quickly instead of waiting in a queue — and the office could keep operational details moving without losing the picture.
Support that lets leadership lead.
ScholarMade was already doing meaningful work. My role was to create structure around the updates, communication, and details that support that work — so the leadership team could spend its attention where it mattered most.
Details have been adapted to protect confidential information while keeping the work and its impact intact.
